At the conclusion of the 2007-2008 State Individual Major Awards (IMA) competition held in Sacramento, California on Friday, 9 May 2008, the following cadets can be proclaimed as the "Most Outstanding Cadets in the State of California." Cadet Major Brittany Contreras placed first in the "Senior Division Outstanding Overall Cadet" category and was awarded the historic STILWELL SABER. |
